The Heritage Pie Company has been located in the Piney Woods of Southeast Texas since 2001. Our bakery has been in operation for 6 years, and has the distinction of baking the winner of The National Pie Championships, Super Gourmet Pie Division. It was the Apple Pie that started it all. When we opened our doors in 2001 we started with a Texas grown recipe for the apple pie and set out to have it delivered to as many homes as possible. Since that time we have implemented many changes to improve upon the original recipe. Such as reducing the trans fat content to zero percent per serving and many more!  In 2003 we were out growing our small storefront in downtown Jasper, TX. We have now graduated to a 6,000 square foot bakery designed by our architect, located just outside of town. In 2003 after receiving our architect's design plans we started to convert a Central Freight Building into a specifically designed bakery, three huge freezers, one exceptionaly lage refridgerator, two 5 rack rotating ovens, one loading bay, and one docking bay. To celebrate our success we changed the company name from Texas Heritage Provisions to The Heritage Pie Company. We have continued to grow over the past six years with the help of valued customers and good old fashion word of mouth. We are expanding our line of gourmet pies and gifts to appeal to a wider range of delivery needs. So, in the future keep an eye out, you might find that perfect gourmet gift or dessert you want delivered.
